On October 26, 2009, the California State Athletic Commission (CSAC) will conduct a meeting to review some items of concern to the MMA and boxing industry.
The meeting will be held on Monday, October 26, 2009 from 9 AM to Close of Business.

- Executive Officer Report by Mr. Thornton, to include:

- Official’s and Physician’s Training; and
- DCA Legal Opinion Re: Charity Boxing or MMA Events.
- Appeal of Bout Decisions (by Mr. Thornton and Mr. Douglas on):
- Jeromy Freitag vs. Ethan Cox – July 31, 2009;
- Carlos De Soto vs. Jeremy Luchau – September 19, 2009; and
- Travis Kauffman vs. Tony Grano – September 18, 2009.
