WEC 48: Aldo vs. Faber took place on April 24, 2010 at ARCO Arena in Sacramento, California. It was WEC’s debut on pay-per-view. Two preliminary bouts were televised live on Spike TV. UFC commentators Mike Goldberg and Joe Rogan handled broadcast duties for the event.

This was a great card and I always said it would be. I hope fans appreciate the quality of the WEC product and recognize that it is at least every bit as worthy of PPV $s as UFC.
On top of being a card with stacked televised fights, we got to see 10 fights in all, which is more then I recall ever being televised in a US promotion.
