Daley stopped Woodley's take down in the 1st, but Woodley was able to land more standing with jabs and knees and body shots from the clinch. Woodley took Daley down for most of the 2nd and 3rd, but wasn't able to do very much. Daley made a comeback at the end of the 3rd landing some knees to Woodley's face.
