According to Nielsen and The MMA Report, the TUF 20 Finale drew 989,000 viewers for the main card of the event. The rating peaked during the main event segment with 1,219,000 viewers. This represented an increase from the 903,000 viewers for the previous event on Fox Sports 1, UFC Fight Night 58, but a decrease from the TUF 19 Finale, which had 1,000,000 viewers. The TUF 20 preliminary card, which also aired on Fox Sport 1, garnered 719,000 viewers.
