It was very exciting to watch the debut of MMA on network TV, however, the event overall was disappointing and frustrating. The fights were all going well, but almost every fight was stopped prematurely.
I’m glad the ratings did well, and I hope the casual/new audience enjoyed the show, but from a fan perspective it was very disappointing. With every single fight ended in a questionable stoppage, it was very frustrating.
