UFC Fight Night 23: Fight for the Troops 2 is to be held on January 22, 2011 at Fort Hood, near Killeen, Texas. The event will be the third that the UFC has hosted in cooperation with a US military base, following UFC Fight Night 7 and UFC Fight Night 16: Fight for the Troops.

This card will raise funds for the men and women in the United States Armed Forces with traumatic brain injuries. Information about ways to donate can be found online at www.fightforthetroops.com.
