Wineland showed impeccable balance and takedown defense early on making Faber struggle some for takedowns. Faber landed two right hands in the final 30 seconds which were the most significant offense of the round.
In the 2nd Faber managed the takedown and was effective with his right, punches and elbows.
The 3rd round looked more like what I expected the first to look like with Faber getting the takedown easily and Wineland defending the whole time. At least Eddie made it a great fight.
