Both fighters were aggressive. I had Poirier landing more strikes in the first, but slowing down in the second and letting Young take over. In the last round Poirier went for an all take down strategy and spent the entire round struggling to take Young down. Young landed a few elbows, but I thought Poirier positional dominance won him the round.
