UFC 137: Penn vs. Diaz is to take place on October 29, 2011, at Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. The event was originally to be headlined by St-Pierre vs. Condit, however, Georges St-Pierre was forced out of the title bout due to a knee injury.

Two preliminary bouts will be televised live on Spike TV at 8 PM ET/5 PM PT. The remaining 4 preliminary bouts will be streamed live on Facebook at approximately 6 PM ET/3 PM PT.
