Wanderlei Silva and Cung Le were each awarded $70,000 bonuses for Fight of the Night.
Le started out strong keeping Silva at a distance and landing with a variety of kicks and punches. Eventually Silva landed and Le started to slow down. As Silva put more pressure on Le he landed more and eventually had him hurt bad. The stoppage was questionable as Le appeared to be holding on to a single leg when the referee jumped in.
