According Nielsen via MMAPayout.com, the 2019 PFL Championship — the conclusion of the promotion’s second season — drew 361,000 viewers on ESPN2 on New Years Eve. This is an increase of 77% from the previous year’s championship card, which garnered 204,000 viewers on NBC Sports Network.

This event aired from New York City and featured the tournament finals for each division in the promotion, with a championship and a $1 million prize at stake in each bout. The feature bout was Kayla Harrison vs. Larissa Pacheco, which resulted in Harrison winning the promotion’s inaugural women’s lightweight championship and $1M prize. The viewership number was the highest for the promotion on the ESPN or NBC Sports networks.
