I think you have to look at how Sherk and Penn both matched up against GSP. I know styles make fights, but I think this says it all. GSP easily dumped Sherk on his ass and smashed him. He had a struggle against a Penn that was not in as good shape as he is now.
Penn will have better boxing, and unlike Franca, or Serra against GSP, Penn will have an offensive bottom game IF he winds up there.
