First, I give credit to Brock because he has IMPROVED so much since his last fight where he started out strong but fell to submission. Here, it seems he trained to be a more technical fighter both standing and on the ground. With his weight, this is a dangerous combination.
Second, Crazy Horse took a hell of a beaten but continued to bring it. Very impressive and he had some good shots but nothing as compared to Brock who dominated this fight since the beginning right cross which almost ended it.
Brock Lesnar is still a major work in progess. He landed 1 big shot in the beginning when Herring dropped his hands to protect a takedown. Other than that, Lesnar had Herring’s back or similar dominant position and did very little to finish the fight. He laid on Herring and landed an occassional hammer fist or punch (similar to a lot of wrestlers new to the sport). He won the fight so I give him props, but he’s no where near ready for the top heaveyweights yet. Guys like Barnett and Noguiera would tap him faster than Mir did. And guys like Couture, Sylvia and Fedor would exploit his standup for a KO.
