Affliction: Trilogy was a mixed martial arts event scheduled to be promoted by Affliction Entertainment on August 1, 2009 at the Honda Center in Anaheim, California.

The main event was initially scheduled to feature the current World Alliance of Mixed Martial Arts (WAMMA) heavyweight champion, Fedor Emelianenko, defending his title against former UFC Heavyweight Champion Josh Barnett, but Barnett was forced to pull out ten days before the fight after the California State Athletic Commission denied Barnett a license to fight due to him testing positive for a banned substance. On of July 23, 2009 it was reported that Vitor Belfort would face Emelianenko leaving Jorge Santiago without an opponent at this time.

Other matchups included a battle between lightweight standouts as 2007 IFL Grand Prix finalist Chris Horodecki and Dan Lauzon.

The main card was to be available via PPV, and the undercard broadcast on HDNet.

On July 24, 2009 it was reported by Sports Illustrated that Affliction Entertainment had canceled the event.
